Mikael Arslan Currently a student at Ecole Centrale de Nantes in France, pursuing a master's degree in Advanced Robotics. During his studies he completed an internship at Polytechnique Montreal in Canada, during which he worked on the design and control of a low cost planar cable driven robot. Presently, he is an intern at the CNRS-AIST Joint Robotics Laboratory (JRL) in Tsukuba, Japan. His research focuses on the design and control of robust hydraulic-pneumatic hybrid actuated grippers for use on humanoid robots.
