Biomaterials Research Group

Research Outline

Our research activity aims to establish patient-friendly, effective and/or personalized medical treatments in the orthopedic and cancer fields as well as regenerative medicine through development and translational research of new technology related to antibody production, growth factor combined medical devices, adjuvants for cancer immunotherapy, combination immunotherapy with traditional therapy including surgery, radiation, chemo and photothermal therapy for cancer and cell manufacturing systems for regenerative medicine. In parallel, we develop standards and guidance on drug-combination medical devices, tissue-engineered medical products and cell manufacturing systems.
