研究概要
細胞産業の必要性は、創薬・医薬品開発、再生医療、食品・代替タンパク質産業の発展、環境分野にて高まっており、特に、近年では細胞機能の制御技術の研究開発が求められています。 我々は、細胞操作技術や細胞機能を改変するマテリアルの研究開発に取り組み、その応用・実用化研究を進めています。我々の技術やマテリアルは、細胞産業の貢献に寄与し、持続可能な社会の実現や人類の健康寿命延伸に貢献します。

機能性ポリマーを用いて培養細胞を思いのままに配列・選別・デザインする技術、細胞の機能化への展開が期待されるフッ素化脂質を開発しました。

研究課題2:バイオマテリアルで細胞機能を制御する技術
研究担当者:寺村 裕治、小淵 里恵、佐藤 佑哉
生体適合性の高い両親媒性高分子や脂質のナノ粒子を利用することで、細胞表面の改質や細胞機能の改変が可能になることが分かってきました。この細胞改変技術を用いて、応用研究や社会実装研究を進めています。
