Legal Weighing Metrology Group has responsibility for type approval tests on Non-automatic weighing instruments(NAWI) and Automatic catchweighing instruments, inspection of Verification Standards on Weights, Balances, Direct reading balances.

Also We have responsibility for tests of load cells（LC） and indicators, which are typical modules of weighing instruments.

NAWI and LC correspond to OIML-CS.
