Continuous Synethesis Systems Engineering Group

 Towards chemical process innovation, we investigate novel continuous chemical process technologies containing chemical synthesis, extraction-separation, materials processing and fundamental devices.

Main Research Subjects

1. Development of continuous flow process technologies

We have developed surfactants and fluidic devices for controlling liquid flows, continuous processes of catalytic reactions-extractions/separations, and continuous heating processes using single-mode microwave.

2. New method for the synthesis of metal nitrides, and their applications

Our developed method can safely and easily give metal nitrides, derived from selected and prepared precursors. By using our method, we have created conductive materials, magnetic materials and so on for use in the electronics sector.
