Customer Registration of NMIJ CRMs

NMIJ offers the customer registration service of NMIJ CRMs for customer's convenience.
If you will register, NMIJ will notify important information on revision of certificate for each NMIJ CRM and RM. In addition, you can accordingly obtain useful information on NMIJ CRMs.

Notes
If you will purchase other NMIJ CRMs after first registration, please registration again for the purchased CRMs. NMIJ will support for individual CRMs and RMs.

NMIJ will e-mail important information (revision of certificate, etc.) to registered customers.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
NMIJ shall handle the customer's personal information strictly in compliance with "Act on Protection of Personal Information (Japan Law No. 57, 2003)" and use them for the purposes only to send notification on NMIJ CRMs and RMs.

Please register about the following items. E-mail software automatically starts when you push the "Customer Registration" button:

6. E-mail address:
7. CRM or RM Number and Name:
   (Example of CRM or RM number and name: "CRM 3001-c Potassium Hydrogen Phthalate")
   *Plural registration is acceptable.
8. Identification Number of Certificate or RM Report:
   (Example of ID Number: "024")
   * This ID number is recorded under the CRM or RM Name of Certificate or RM report. In case of plural registration, please write them in the same order as CRM or RM names.
9. Shipment Date (Issue Date) of Certificate or RM Report (year/month/day):
   * This shipment date (issue date) is recorded at upper left of Certificate or RM report. In case of plural registration, please write them in the same order as CRM or RM names.
