Note 1:
All participants, including presenters, are required to complete registration and pay the registration fee.
For sponsor registrations, please contact the conference secretariat.
The registration fee includes banquet participation, lunch, and coffee.
Participants joining the Industry Tour on November 6 will be required to cover transportation costs separately. Details will be announced later.

Student registration includes lunch and coffee, but does not include banquet participation.
Students who wish to attend the banquet should register under Regular Registration.

Visa Support for Speakers
Visitors from some countries must obtain a visa prior to their trip to Japan. Applications for visas are solely your own responsibility. Please be sure to apply with sufficient time.
Please check whether you need a visa from the MOFA website .
- Please complete your pre-registration. A Registration ID Number will be issued after the registration.
- Please send the VISA support request to the secretariat.
- Supporting documents will be prepared and sent to you.
- Please visit the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your country.
