Research Objectives
Development of digitalization software which analyzed by expert's technologial skill and knowledge of coating and surface treatment.
Research Results
We created database of manufacturing process such as electrical plating, electroless plaring, thermal spryaing, PVD, CVD, polishing. These databases would be useful when searching suitable manufacturing condisition and trial attempts for trouble and cure. And also newly created software emveloped machine learnig and stastical matematics, quality engineering, etc., for doing data-drven coating and surface treatment.
