Registration

Participation Requirements

Companies, organizations, individuals, etc., who endorse the spirit of the “2050 Sustainable Vision Nasu-Shiobara ~ Declaration on the Implementation of Environmental Strategies ~” and meet any of the following criteria

1. Currently engaged in NP activities.
2. I intend to engage in NP activities in the future.

*The NP activities mentioned above include various forms of support for others’ activities (human, material, or financial support).

Disqualification Criteria

Registration will be denied if any of the following conditions apply.

1. A person who involves in management a member of an organized crime group as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 6 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991) (hereinafter referred to as “organized crime group member”), or a person who has a close relationship with an organized crime group or an organized crime group member as defined in Item 2 of the same paragraph
2. A person engaged in a business as defined in Article 2 of the Act on Control and Improvement of Business Practices in the Adult Entertainment Industry, etc. (Act No. 12 of 1948)
3. Any person engaged in an "Internet Dating Service" as defined in the Act on the Regulation of Acts of Luring Children Using Internet Dating Services (Act No. 83 of 2003)
4. Any person who has violated various laws and regulations, or who has not obtained the necessary notifications, permits, or licenses regarding their business operations
5. Persons who have received guidance from administrative agencies but have not made improvements
6. Any other person deemed to be in violation of public order and morals

Loss of Eligibility

If, after joining the Alliance, an applicant falls under any of the above disqualification criteria, they shall lose their eligibility for participation registration.

New Registration Procedure

Please submit the following documents to the General Information Desk (Nature Positive Division, Environmental Strategy Department, Nasushiobara City) or apply online using the form below.

If the General Secretariat determines that the applicant meets the participation registration requirements, a participant certificate (electronic data) will be issued to the applicant.
