CALIBRATION SERVICES & REFERENCE MATERIALS

Followings are calibration services and reference materials provided by our groups.

  • Number-average diameter 20 nm – 1 µm
  • Particle size distribution width (polystylene latex particles ranging from 20 nm to 300 nm in diameter)

Number-average Particle Mass (calibration services)

Particle Number Concentration, Air-borne (calibration services)

  • Concentration 1×103 cm−3 – 4×103 cm−3 (particle size 10 nm − 300 nm)
