HIIRI Web Site (https://unit.aist.go.jp/hiiri/ and below) is conformity with the following technical specifications.

Accessibility

The newest accessibility standards (XML syntax for HTML Living Standard, CSS Level 3, WCAG 2.2 Level Triple-A) that provide high accessibility for the sighted, low-vision, and blind people, are applied.

* Some pages are comformity with only WCAG 2.2 Level Single-A

* Extension .html and MIME Type text/html are used for all the web page files, so as to be used by the old browsers that cannot use XML syntax for HTML Living Standard. Thus, the error returns because of XML declaration <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> when the W3C® Markup Validation Service checks these pages. However, it is not defect.
