> Towards our new beginning
We, Nanoscopic Measurement Group, started our research activities in April, 2015, when our Research Institute for Measurement and Analytical Instrumentation (RIMA) was established. However, our Group has been decided to be once closed on March 31st, 2020, because of reorganization of nano-measurement-related research groups including our Group in NMIJ at the end of AIST's 4th Mid-term Period (FY2015-FY2019) for our development into its 5th Mid-term Period (FY2020-FY2024). Your advice and encouragement so far have been greatly appreciated.
From this April on, we are continuing our research activities at newly established Applied Nanoscopic Measurement Group, RIMA, or Nanodimensional Standards Group, RI MCM. We would appreciate it very much if you could give us your continuous support.
