The 9th VICTORIES Symposium was held at Akihabara, Tokyo on November 1, 2016 under the theme of "Optical Networking: A Way to Disruptive Creation", featuring world renowned speakers' speeches on network and applications technologies.
The symposium was co-located with a poster session, where the details of the new technologies studied under VICTORIES were reported.
The symposium was held successfully with more than 150 participants.
