In order to ensure the accurate determination of purity or concentration of various biological reference substances, we are developing analytical methods those are traceable to the the International System of Units (SI).
To improve the sensitivity and selectivity of analytical methods and create a high level of accurate and robust analytical methods, we are keeping in mind some points; trying to develop the methods based on the instrumental analysis such as LC/MS and GC/MS, and to use various pretreatment operations such as simple purification and derivatization, etc.
