ー 国際規格化:新たな“価値” の物差しを創る ー
研究のねらい
本研究のねらいは、新しい価値の評価軸、を社会に提供する事です。
新たな価値を含む製品を開発しても、その価値を正しく証明する方法が無ければ、優位性は限定的なものに留まります。
規格開発は、ユーザーに比較・選定する便利な手段を、逆に開発者にとっては自らの優位性を示す競争軸、
ビジネス上の価値(優位性)を与える事で、新たな価値の社会実装の加速を支えます。
我々は、独自のセンシング・可視化技術を活かし、これまでは見えなかった情報を背景に、皆が認める評価方法の開発、国際規格化、標準化を進めています。
主な成果
1.独自の応力発光を活用し、き裂進展の破壊じん性値(G1c,G2c)評価規格へ
2.動的ひずみの可視化を活用し、接着など接合部の評価・試験規格を構築
3.異種材接着の引張せん断・DCB・ENF・十字引張など準静的試験や、水分劣化・くさび試験などの環境耐久試験、 疲労・衝撃等の動的挙動を評価する国際規格へ展開
