Abstract

空間構造を伴う集団での病原性の進化についての研究を行った。進化的に最適な病原性は、従来ではモンテカルロシミュレーションでのみ調べられていたが、本研究では解析的に明らかにすることができ、より広範囲な調査を行うことが可能となった。この成果を様々なパラメータの組について応用し、進化的双安定など興味深い結果を示すことができた。
