Abstract
For the regulatory use of the prediction of environmental impact of air pollutants in the regions of complicated terrain, we have developed a practical dispersion model.
At present, the model can simulate the dispersion under unstable conditions, because the unstable conditions causes fumigation and brings high ground-level concentrations.
The model is based on the potential flow model and Lagrangian stochastic dispersion model.
