Our group consists of two teams: the Software Accreditation Team and the Statistics Team.
The mission of the Software Accreditation Team is to conduct research and development on software evaluation technologies in the field of legal metrology. Their work spans both practical and theoretical aspects. The team develops testing procedures based on software-related OIML and JIS documents, and investigates verification tools to ensure software correctness. They also contribute to the dissemination of these standards by publishing commentary articles and giving presentations. Some of the team are members of the national mirror committee for OIML TC5/SC2 "Software" and operates a dedicated club to support these activities.
The Statistics Team focuses on research related to the evaluation of measurement uncertainty and statistical methods for interlaboratory comparisons. Additionally, the team promotes the practical use of measurement uncertainty.
