MCM develops and provides a wide range of reference materials and standards that underpin chemical analysis—such as pH and elemental standard solutions, biological and composition reference materials essential for ensuring the safety of daily life and food, and advanced materials reference materials used in the development and production of high‑quality industrial products. We also conduct R&D on chemical measurement, analytical methods, and evaluation technologies. In addition, we maintain and enhance databases with demonstrated reliability for materials, metrology, and evaluation technologies.
