Welcome to Geochemistry Group

　The Geochemistry Group is one of the research groups belonging to the Research Institute of Geology and Geoinformation (IGG), the Geological Survey of Japan (GSJ) in National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST).

Mission of Geochemistry Group

　Our group aims to accumulate and utilize geochemical information in the crust surface. In particular,
  • Preparation of GSJ geochemical reference materials
  • Creation of geochemical maps
  • Building and maintaining databases of geochemical reference materials and geochemical maps
