@Particles carrying over by bubble eruption near the surface of fluidized beds was adopted to demonstrate the usefulness of the transition from normal to microgravity for observation of complex physical phenomena.
@The two phase system, gas and solid particles, makes it difficult to observe bubble eruption at the surface of the bed. The time of eruption is too short and the view field is too dark to make a precise observation, even if one uses a high speed camera. The utilization of the transition renders possible to observe a complex phenomena under normal gravity condition like a gfrozenh state. In this paper, the mechanism of particles carrying over is discussed.
