We presented our laboratory’s research results at the 2026 Spring Conference
of the Japan Society for Precision Engineering, held at Saitama University,
and received the Best Presentation Award.

At the “Life Cycle Engineering for Sustainable Manufacturing” session of this conference, researchers from universities and companies across Japan gathered to present their studies on circular business models and eco-design.
In this session, Hiroki Matsumoto from our laboratory delivered a presentation entitled “Evaluation of Remanufacturing Business for Industrial Equipment with User Behavior Model” which fostered in-depth discussions on challenges and strategies for realizing a circular economy.
This presentation also received the Best Presentation Award.
