The Circular Economy Association has announced the establishment of a committee to discuss and review standards related to CE proposed by the lab.

The Japan Circular Economy Association (General Incorporated Association) has formally established the 'Committee for Promoting Collaboration on Common Infrastructure Standards for Circular Economy Business (Confidentiality Committee).' This committee is tasked with deliberating and examining the rules and standards necessary for visualizing and accelerating circular economy (CE) business initiatives, as proposed by the lab—specifically focusing on CE indicators and grading/data models. Through in-depth discussions with participating committee members, the committee will advance the necessary considerations toward the development of a new proposal for international standardization.
