Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell Fabricated by the Spray Pyrolysis Deposition Technique

Recently, M. Gratzel et al., EPFL in Switzerland, proposed a new
electrochemical photovoltaic system. The characteristic in the system
is the electrode that is consisted of a thin film layer of dye-sensitized
TiO2 nano-particles. In order to construct the electrode, we adopt the
spray pyrolysis deposition (SPD) technique that we have developed,
since the technique is applicable to the electrode manufacture on a
large scale.
