At the time of appointment, the candidate must have obtained a PhD within the previous seven years. In addition, the candidate must have less than five years of postdoctoral research experience in AIST. The candidate should also have research experience in materials development, device design, process development, analysis and characterization related to solar cells or optoelectronic devices. |

Working hours: 7 hours and 45 minutes per day (9:00 a.m.–5:45 p.m.), including a 1-hour lunch break.
The working hours are negotiable. |

Holidays: Saturdays and Sundays (two-day weekend), Japanese national holidays, and the year-end and New Year holiday period. |
