| 研究内容または業務内容 |
先進リチウム電池に向けた電極/電解液界面の制御技術の研究開発。金属Li負極などの高効率・長寿命化に向けた人工被膜の研究開発等を行う。
Research and development on design of electrode/electrolyte interface for advanced lithium batteries. Particularly, engineering electrode/electrolyte interface for high efficiency and long life of Li metal anodes. |

| 応募資格 |
(1) 理工系大学院博士課程修了。学位を有すること(採用予定日までに学位取得見込である者を含む)。採用時において博士号取得後７年以内であること。同区分での雇用歴が５年未満であること。
(2) 材料研究の経験がある方。材料合成（高分子、有機、無機材料等のいずれか）の研究経験があることが望ましい。（蓄電池に関する知識・研究経験の有無は問わない。）
(3) 当該研究に興味を有し、熱心に取り組める方。
(4) プロジェクトの中で周囲と協力しながら円滑に業務を遂行できる十分なコミュニケーション能力、協調性、日本語または英語の能力を有すること。
Applicants must have:
(1) A doctoral degree in science and engineering (including those who are expected to obtain a doctoral degree by the expected date of employment.). Must be within 7 years of obtaining a doctoral degree at the time of hire. The applicants must have been employed in the same category for less than 5 years.
(2) Experience in materials research. Research experience in materials synthesis (polymer, organic, or inorganic materials) is preferred. (Knowledge and research experience in batteries is not required.)
(3) Have an interest in the research and be eager to work on it.
(4) Sufficient communication skills, cooperativeness, and proficiency in Japanese or English to work smoothly with others in a project. |

Maximum employment: up to 5 years from the date of hire.
Depending on the candidate's abilities, work attendance/record, research results, budget, etc., the contract might be extended.
ただし、研究所に初めて雇い入れられた日から雇用期間を通算して、5年を超えての更新は行わない。 |
