AIST Glycan profiling basic course [Short course] [PDF: 530KB, Japanese]

Description Prime Senior Researcher Hirabayashi and Group Leader Tateno (Cellular Glycome-targeted Technology Research Group) will be lecturers.
This course will be targeted to learn basic knowledge of glycans and lectins and skills necessary for glycan profiling of cell surface using lectin microarray to be applied in glycobiomarker discovery. Experiences on handling glycans and lectins are not necessary for participation.

   Day 2  AM: Principle of glycan profiling (Lecture), PM: Cy3 labeling, Array reaction

Professor Ann Imberty of the Centre de Recherches sur les Macromolécules Végétales (CNRS), a leading researcher in the field of lectin structure analysis, will present an international mini-symposium of lectins.
The lecture will be given in English and free of charge. Your participation will be welcomed.
