Presentation For Speakers
Please check your PC-Projector connection and your presentation data, at the PC desk to see it works without problems before your talk.
Audio Apparatus for the Presentation
・ Prepare presentation materials with Microsoft Power Point.
・ Bring your own PC. (You perform your presentation by your own PC.)
・ Please bring backup of your presentation data (USB flash memory)
・ For any problems, such as connection error, we can prepare PC for you. In
case of some problems, we hope to copy your presentation data to our common
use PC. After finishing your presentation, we delete your presentation file
absolutely on common use PC.

Windows PC : Windows Vista Business, Microsoft Office 2007
Macintosh PC: Mac OSX 10.3.9 , Microsoft Office 2004
(Projector) Monitor definition : 1024 x 768
PC-Projector Connection Cable: D-Sub 15 pin monitor cable (For specific cable, such as for Apple Inc. PowerBook, or MacBook series PC, please bring your own specific cable for your PC, at PC desk.)
Attentions
・For your presentation, we recommend monitor definition at 1024 x 768 (recommendation
for our projector).
・Before your presentation, make sure to turn off the functions as follows:
Sleep mode setting, Screen saver, WiFi, Virus scan software
・Have your power cable or full battery charging
・Have your USB flash memory ready on your talk to copy in an emergency
・Keep your slide file open or place the file on your PC desktop.
For presenters No.7-No.10 and No.26-No.29 (8:30-10:10 am)
・Bring your PC to the PC desk by 8:15 am for checking.

Visa of Japan
If you are from a country whose national require a visa of Japan to enter
Japan, you will need to apply for a visa well at your nearest Japanese Consulate
in your country in advance.
