| Research Overview
|
We develop new chemical coating processes to address sustainable and on-demand fabrications. Our main projects are (1) Low temperature photo-assited film growth processes based on chemical solution depositions such as an excimer laser assisted metal organic deposition (ELAMOD) and a photoreaction process using nanoparticles, and (2) surface fanctionalizations by using chemical reactions of organic fanctionalities.
